The MUBC membership season runs 1 October through 30 September. New memberships are ratified by Committee and participation in Youth Development program is by invitation.
The 2022/2023 season fees are:

| Performance rowing (UniMelb student) | $885 | Participation in Performance and Youth development program, includes Rowing Victoria Competitive registration fee. For students of the University of Melbourne. |
