WOMEN'S YOUTH DEVELOPMENT SQUAD

Our Women's Youth Development Squad is focused on high performance outcomes combined with the enjoyment and benefits of a strong social group. Our athletes participate at University Games, Victorian and interstate regattas, Victorian and NSW State Championships and the Australian Championships.  Our athletes have the opportunity to compete for selection in the Victorian Team and many go on to compete at Australian Selection Trials in Under 21 and Under 23 divisions. 

This squad is strong in numbers which allows us to provide both high level preparation programs for those seeking to attain National Selection or for athletes preparing for International University rowing placement. MUBC also welcomes athletes wishing to train in Melbourne whilst away from their Interstate or International training facilities.

If you are a school leaver looking to take the next step or an established rower with a desire to see what you can achieve, this program offers a great opportunity.
